We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Please note that certain items, such as final sale or personalized items, are not eligible for return. Refer to the product description for more information.
How to Return

- Prepare Your Package: Repack your items securely in the original packaging or in a sturdy, plain box. Include your return form inside the package.
- Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label (for domestic orders). Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, you will be notified via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: Free returns for orders within Europe.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.
